QUESTION 1:Can I cancel my order?

A: We work hard to process your order quickly to get your items out for delivery as soon as possible. We will not be able to cancel if your order is in the process by our 3rd party fulfillment centers. You may refuse the package by the time it is delivered to you. Kindly notify us after you have done so, this way the package would be returned to us directly and we issue a refund within 24 hours of receiving it.

QUESTION 2:Can I add more items to my order?

A: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed in our system.

QUESTION 3:Do I have to create a CQURE”S moment account to shop?

A: An account is not required in order to shop from our site! But we do recommend that you create an account, as it makes it easy to check on the status of an order and gives you access to your full order history. You can also save your shipping information for a quicker checkout experience!

QUESTION 4:How can I view my order status?

A: There are 3 ways to view your order status.

All order updates, including confirmation and shipping emails, will be sent to the email address used to place the order.

If the order is placed under an account on our site, you may log into the account to view order history and status.

Enter the "Track Your Order" page from our website footer, track with your order number and the email address used to placed the order.

QUESTION 5:How to use my discount code?

A: Click "Show order summary" at check out and enter the code into the discount blank.

QUESTION 6:What forms of payment methods do Cqure’s moment accept?

A: We currently accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and 3 major credit cards (Visa, American Express, MasterCard).

QUESTION 7:Do you offer International Shipping?

A: we do offer international shipping on orders made on our official website at this time. Please contact our customer service for more information on how our products can be shipped to your designated country.
